Mitchell’s Job

NES SUCCESS STORY: 
Mitchell has been working at Wendy’s for over 10 years now. He has had many job duties while working there but his current responsibilities are washing the tables, sweeping, stocking supplies, keeping the bathrooms clean, filling the ice and taking out the garbage. In the past two years, Mitchell has been trained and mastered the duties of frying nuggets and fries and recently moved to grill meats. He loves his job and with the help of his managers and job coaches, he has been able to grow as an employee and person. His manager, Maria, said, “I love having Mitchell here, he is reliable and helps me lift heavy things.” Mitchell is a hard worker, courteous, and takes pride in having a job at Wendy’s.
